I provide group facilitation, training and coaching services in both English and French, with a focus on participatory change processes, collaboration support, and life transitions.  I am in demand as a bilingual workshop leader and as a facilitator of consultative and strategic processes.  My clients include not-for profit organizations, advocacy groups and ministries/departments in the Ontario and Canadian governments.

I began my journey with Genuine Contact in 2008, learning about Open Space Technology. I have been an authorized Genuine Contact Trainer since 2012 and completed coaching training with the Newfield Network in 2015.  I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the ICF Toronto Chapter.  

I live in Hamilton (Ontario, Canada) and enjoy hiking the area's superb trails with friends and family.  I blog about personal responsibility in the age of anxiety.

Whether I'm working with teams transitioning through change, or agencies wanting to collaboratively tackle a difficult project in a given community, the Genuine Contact approach is grounding my interventions. With my clients, I design highly interactive sessions that help participants move from reflection to action, in ways that reveal and sustain the spirit and health of the group.

Services include:

  • Facilitation of small and large group participatory processes in varied settings, using Whole-Person Process Facilitation and Open Space Technology, for purposes including multi-partner collaborations, stakeholder engagement, and public consultations
  • Strategic planning, including action planning to implement your new strategic plan
  • Team coaching to engage staff/teams through change, minimize stress and promote a sense of incentive and motivation
