Eiwor Backelund Jacobsson is a leadership and organizational development consultant, author and teacher. She is also a mentor for consultants, project managers and other leaders in their daily work. Her leadership experience comes from leading membership associations, adult learning organizations and development projects.
Her focus is on supporting leaders who wish to expand their capacity to lead in co-creative ways while surfing the flow of constant change in their daily work. They need new tools to utilize the full capacity and wisdom of their organization. They also need support to keep to the new path of leadership that they have chosen.
Why the Genuine Contact way of working?
Eiwor found the Genuine Contact Program when she was searching for ways to include all members in a political party in the development of a new party policy. After the successful work with the policy, she continued to use the Genuine Contact Program in all her work with the party and in the coming projects she was leading. She found that the methods and tools are so simple that they work in very complex situations. She also found that when meetings ongoingly are facilitated the Genuine Contact way, they change the culture and climate of an organization. This makes it possible to use the full wisdom and capacity of everyone so that the organization becomes self-organized within its boarders and givens. Her long experience of working with Genuine Contact inside organizations have told her that "less is more". There is no need to add difficult procedures to an already complex situation. What is needed is the wisdom of the people, which will be brought forward when working the Genuine Contact way.

Online collaboration: supporting you to create online meetings or workshops that are collaborative, productive and efficient.
