For years, Birgitt has invited people into what she declared to be the new leadership paradigm “leading so people will lead”. She supports next level leadership, teaching that “leading so people will lead” requires expansion beyond existing leadership skills, capacity, and knowledge.
Birgitt works the Genuine Contact way because it is a proven, credible way to work from a holistic perspective in organizations. This way of working takes into account closing the gap between the potential of people in an organization and the results. This way of working also takes into account achieving those results while paying attention to the well being of the people involved. And of course, this requires working within the new leadership paradigm in which people throughout an organization are invited to use their leadership to get the work done.
