Open Space Consulting was founded in 1999. It is a small company tightly connected to global networks. We facilitate learning and transformation in people, organizations and society. For optimal performance, we all have to be in health and balance. This goes for people as well as organizations. Not to forget – consultants. The blueprint for health and prosperity is already there so what we do is to open space for it to emerge.
When space is opened for creativity and inspirited interchange the results are stunning. Through true participation changes are initiated from within the organization whilst the whole potential is taken into account.
The last 20 years Thomas has assisted hundreds of companies and organizations to tap into their potential. He is one of the most experienced Open Space facilitators and has developed ways to assist organizations with sustainable change processes using Open Space Technology and other methods and techniques mainly from the Genuine Contact Program. He has trained several hundred persons in the Genuine Contact trainings offering both in-house and public trainings including Genuine Contact Train the Trainer. Thomas offers trainings on regular basis in different places in Europe and on occasions in other parts of the world. Thomas is one of the pioneers in offering Genuine Contact facilitation and training on distance.
Why the Genuine Contact way of working?
Thomas was part of the first group of trainers who got authorized in 2001. Since then it is natural for Thomas Herrmann to be actively contributing in the development of Genuine Contact around the world. He is a co-owner since the start of the organization in 2006.
All Thomas' work is based on the Genuine Contact approach as it is the most powerful way of working he has found. He works the Genuine Contact way because of the difference he can make in the world by applying the methods, tools and the approach when working with humans in all contexts. It fits his way of being.
