Every October 20, we celebrate Health and Balance.
This is the 19th annual celebration of Health and Balance Day. First created as an action item during the 2005 mentoring circles as part of the GC Autumn Academy, and spearheaded by Eva P Svensson, we’ve been celebrating this day on October 20 ever since.
This is a day to intentionally set aside some time and do what you intuitively feel is right for you in that time to celebrate and bring attention to your health and balance. Maybe you choose to invite family and friends to join you too!
