Change is constant and more rapid than ever before. Conflict follows in its footprints. It is the natural consequence of being part of a living and dynamic system. Conflict can drain individual and organizational energy and takes it away from productive work. Within the Genuine Contact™ Program we work with conflict from the perspective that underneath all diversity, humans have some things in common, some universal needs and understandings.
In the Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution workshop, the focus is on the personal preparation of the facilitator, as being essential. Even if you will never work with formal conflict resolution, this workshop provides ways to investigate our personal relationship with conflict, your level of self acceptance and which climate we can create when a climate of conflict inevitably arises.
The workshop is well suited to people working with groups and organizations to raise self awareness and knowledge in order to improve the navigation of conflicts and prevention of its negative, energy draining effects.
