Develop your skills and knowledge to train others in the full Genuine Contact Program
We invite you to our "train the trainer" workshop to become authorized to teach all of the components of Genuine Contact Program. Join a growing number of colleagues internationally who are working with the Genuine Contact Program, enabling organizations to be healthy and balanced.
The Genuine Contact Program is the vehicle to develop the Genuine Contact Organization. The Genuine Contact Organization does better through increasing its capacity to navigate with change and to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. The Genuine Contact Organization does better because it taps into the wisdom of all of the people involved to find the best solutions. The Genuine Contact Organization does better because attention is paid to the underpinning "operating system" of the organization, ensuring a healthy terrain from which work gets done effectively with results that surpass expectations.
You will leave this experiential, interactive workshop equipped with:
- Designs for teaching others in sessions 1-4 of the Genuine Contact Program and authorization to use them
- Authorization to use the workbooks and hundreds of other resources of the Genuine Contact Program for use in teaching others including an array of handouts to choose from to accompany the workbooks
- An expanded understanding of the meeting method Whole Person Process Facilitation
- A working knowledge of creating mentoring circles and options for facilitating peer to peer mentoring
- An expanded understanding of the process of organizational transformation
- An expanded understanding of the key ingredients needed for organizational health and balance
- An expanded understanding of your work in the world and why you do it, enabling you to develop practical strategies that move your purpose and vision forward
- An expanded understanding of working with purpose, leadership, vision, community, management, and relationships within an organization
- An expanded understanding of genuine contact as a key to growth and evolution
- An expanded understanding of working with Spirit through working with energy
Graduates of the “Train the Trainer” become co-creators of the Genuine Contact Program within a limited set of “ givens”. Graduates of the Genuine Contact Program have the opportunity to participate in this co-creation and to choose to also become co-owners. Co-ownership has a financial commitment of support and is voluntary. Graduates also have the opportunity to observe and become conscious of their own experiences within the Genuine Contact Program Genuine Contact Organization.
Graduates are supported through an on-line mentoring circle about the Genuine Contact Program and a face to face mentoring circle that is held annually in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA September 25-30.
If you are considering becoming an Genuine Contact Trainer and would like to review a copy of the Trainers Manual, please contact our Program Director, Wendy Farmer-O'Neil to receive a copy. The Trainer’s manual is a book that all GC Trainers receive that includes key information about working with the Genuine Contact program and approach, offering trainings, and being a part of the Genuine Contact Organization that we are co-developing.

or contact us to book an in-house
session in your own location.
Another highly recommended option is to make arrangements for a
private workshop with a Genuine Contact Professional and
your whole management team, staff, and/or Board. These private
workshops can take place at a location of your choosing.
This option allows total attention on your organization's
unique needs, and any necessary problem solving is facilitated
within the workshop format. To find an authorized Genuine Contact Trainer who is able to work with you in your geographic area, consult the GC Professionals listing and contact members who have 'Training' selected as one of their offerings.
Graduates of the "Train the Trainer" workshop become co-developers of the Genuine Contact™ program, which operates within
a limited set of 'givens'. Graduates of the Genuine Contact™ program have the opportunity to participate in this co-development as well
as to observe their own experiences within a Genuine Contact Organization: the GCP Co-Owners Group.
Genuine Contact™ Certification Graduates are supported through an annual Mentoring Circle meeting in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA
(using Whole Person Process Facilitation as the operating platform within which an Open Space Technology Meeting is nestled as the meeting format), immediately
following the "Train the Trainer" workshop, and
through an ongoing list serve.
