Description
The International Genuine Contact Organization (IGCO) is a global Leadership Learning Incubator – a place where members practice holistic leadership by participating in the real work of the organization. Stewards are the Co-Owners of that organization.
As a Steward, you don’t just participate in the work of the IGCO – you share responsibility for its direction, health, and future. The “Dance of Leadership” calls for Stewards to step forward at some times and step back at others, always with the well-being of Genuine Contact in mind. This is leadership in its fullest expression – not a position to hold, but a commitment to carry.

- Monthly GCO meetings to work alongside fellow members, learn from each other, and tend to the organization together

- Eligibility for Permanent Co-Owner status in recognition of your sustained commitment
- Sponsor IGCO functional team meetings to develop your skills as a meeting sponsor
- Facilitate IGCO meetings using Open Space Technology and Whole Person Process methods (prerequisite: relevant module completion)
- Leadership Action Team participation through real organizational contributions
- Annual Open Space meeting to help shape the future of the GC Way
- Up to 12 case stories per year to share your work and experience

Who This Is For
The Steward membership is for practitioners who have completed at least one full GC Way learning path and are ready to make an annual commitment to the co-ownership and stewardship of Genuine Contact – now and for generations to come.
Your membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting the Director until 15 days before the next renewal date.
