Mind the gap! Align yourself with where you want to go

Online Workshop | September 22, 2021 | 9 am – 12:30 pm EDT / 15:00 – 18:30 CEST (also available for self-study)

To create positive change, to grow or to expand is stepping into the unknown. Do you encounter uncertainty, insecurity and obstacles in your way? How do you equip yourselves to go forward successfully, how do you bridge the gap between the comfortable and the uncomfortable? This workshop is for you who are a leader working to create positive change.

No sweet-talking here, change is disruption and it takes authentic, honest, and courageous leadership to acknowledge the current state of affairs. In this workshop, you will name the pain or problem, gain clarity, align yourself with the goal, and prepare yourself to take action to bridge the gap. In this workshop, you take steps to align your leadership and your decisions with what you want to see in your everyday work life.

We will prepare you to mind the gap with awareness of the emotional risk, the vulnerability when stepping into the unknown, challenging social norms, facing financial problems, emotional discomfort, etc. You will experience how to work with the vulnerability that comes with bridging any gap and how to have conversations that matter with your co-workers.

What you will take away:

  • The importance of alignment of your values and purpose to be able to take positive action
  • Having experienced effective tools used on a concrete case
  • Inspiration and ideas to explore this further in your teams, communities, and organizations

Our intention is for you to leave the workshop grounded in your decision to change whatever you feel is not working with the means to bridge the gap for positive change.
