Description
The International Genuine Contact Organization (IGCO) is a global Leadership Learning Incubator – a place where members practice holistic leadership by participating in the real work of the organization. Elders are the people who built that organization – and the Elder membership is how they stay woven into it as their life and focus evolves.
The Elder group is for IGCO members who have given ten or more years of active contribution to the growth of Genuine Contact in the world. You have invested your time, energy, and expertise to spread the GC Way. The Elder membership honors that investment and keeps you connected to the community and the legacy you helped create.
Membership fees are flexible – ranging from $99 to $1,000 per year (or $10 to $90 per month) – in recognition of the varied circumstances that come with this phase of life. If you have questions about the right level for you or need a coupon code to adjust your initial purchase to your preferred contribution amount, reach out to the Director.

- Facilitate IGCO meetings using Open Space Technology and Whole Person Process methods (prerequisite: relevant module completion)
- Leadership Action Team participation through real organizational contributions
- Annual Open Space meeting to help shape the future of the GC Way
- Up to 12 case stories per year to share your work and experience

Who This Is For
The Elder membership is for IGCO members with ten or more years of contribution to the Genuine Contact Organization who are moving into a new phase of life and want to stay meaningfully connected – continuing to contribute their wisdom and supporting the GCO to thrive well into the future.
Your membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting the Director until 15 days before the next renewal date.
