Description
The International Genuine Contact Organization (IGCO) is a global Leadership Learning Incubator – a place where members practice holistic leadership by participating in the real work of the organization. Ambassador members are among the most active contributors to that work.
At this level, you move from facilitating to sponsoring – taking on a more senior role in the organization’s meetings and initiatives. If you are an authorized GC Trainer, you also gain access to a dedicated community of fellow trainers and the resources to support your work delivering GC Way modules in the world.

Community & Connection
- Monthly GCO meetings to work alongside fellow members, learn from each other, and tend to the organization together
- Peer-to-peer mentoring through ongoing participation in actions underway in the IGCO

- Module mentoring circles to deepen your learning alongside peers (prerequisite: relevant module completion)

Organizational Participation
- Sponsor IGCO functional team meetings to develop your skills as a meeting sponsor and deepen your experience of participatory leadership
- Facilitate IGCO meetings using Open Space Technology and Whole Person Process methods (prerequisite: relevant module completion)
- Leadership Action Team participation to practice participatory leadership through real organizational contributions
- Annual Open Space meeting to help shape the future of the GC Way
- Up to 12 case stories per year to reach more people with your work and experience

- Access to five GC Way module learning hubs (choose from modules you have completed)

Who This Is For
The Ambassador membership is for practitioners who have completed at least five GC Way modules and are deeply engaged in working and contributing the Genuine Contact Way.
Your membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting the Director until 15 days before the next renewal date.
When you’re ready to take on co-ownership and stewardship of the IGCO itself, the Steward membership ($1,000/year or $100/month) is your next step.
