
GC Leadership Learning Cohort Pilot
The Genuine Contact Leadership Learning Cohort Pilot is not a classroom program. It is an experiential learning journey inside a real global organization, the International Genuine Contact Organization (IGCO), where you practice holistic leadership by doing real work alongside peers from six continents. You build capacity not by studying it, but by living it.
This special Pilot is an opportunity for people who have already experienced the Genuine Contact Way. You might be a member, you might even have long experience from working with Genuine Contact. This could still be for you. The 3-month pilot will give you an opportunity to re-connect with peers and with Genuine Contact as it is today with new Learning paths, new workshops and tools.
What you can expect from joining the Cohort Pilot
You will connect with peers, find out what the Genuine Contact Way has become and learn more about how to apply tools and processes in your work. You will do two self-study workshops: Path to Organizational Health & Balance and Organizational Transformation Basics for Success including mentoring. You will work on your chosen projects or actions that take you to your learning goals and be supported by guided playground and reflective sessions.

Time: September 28 – December 4, 2026.
8×3 hours online guided sessions.
Expect to set aside 4 hours a week for participating in the scheduled guided sessions, doing the self-study workshops and work with your own chosen learning opportunities.
