Always, in working the Genuine Contact way, we go slow at the start of any undertaking. Why? Think of building a skyscraper. If you begin at the ground level and build up, you have an unstable building with no foundation. A skyscraper needs as much of a deep foundation as it is going to be tall in order to have sufficient stability. We go slow to develop the foundation so that whatever is built has a solid foundation of support.
The video is 32 minutes and will take approximately 2 hours to view and prepare for your learning with the remaining materials. Remember that you can pause the video at any time to do your own reflections on the questions we are posing for you.
