In this learning segment, we offer some readiness work for you for working with the group. Once you have met with everyone individually in your cross cultural conflict resolution process, you will know if it is suitable to bring the people together to continue the cross cultural conflict resolution process with the group. This learning segment offers you guidance as the facilitator and also for creating the conditions for the people you are working with to be successful with their group process.
The video is 13 minutes and we recommend making 45 minutes available for this self-study. A portion of the self-study time is intended for viewing the video and working with the suggested activities, with the balance of time at your discretion for processing your learning with the material that is presented. Remember that you can pause the video at any time to do your own reflections on the questions we are posing for you.
