This video’s focus is on the Medicine Wheel Tool. In it, we explore Mandalas and the Medicine Wheel, looking at different ways the Medicine Wheel can be used as a container for exploring your individual health and balance. It is up to you to choose how to use the Medicine Wheel to deepen your personal practice for continually regenerating health and balance. We will be using the Medicine Wheel Tool as a framework for our learning together.
