To optimize your learning, as well as your learning retention, we recommend doing some preparatory work prior to taking in the content of the module. The preparatory work offered here focuses on you, designed to increase your personal awareness and preparedness for making use of what you learn.

We ask you to take time for this preparatory work every time that you start a Genuine Contact Way module, whether the module is one of the nine modules of the Genuine Contact program, or it is a module created to teach an application of the Genuine Contact Way of working. This is an important way to set the foundation within yourself for focusing and deepening your learning for the best possible outcomes.

The preparatory work is presented to you by Birgitt Williams, a Co-founder of Genuine Contact, and Rachel Bolton, Director of the international Genuine Contact Organization. Both are leadership and organizational development consultants at Dalar International Consultancy. Ongoing support for learning application, including guided peer with peer mentoring circles are provided by the Genuine Contact Organization.

A portion of the self-study time is intended for viewing the video and working with the suggested activities, with the balance of time at your discretion for processing your learning with the material that is presented.
