We will highlight, yet not delve too deeply into, the form of a Whole Person Process Facilitation meeting as part of the process. Understanding this dual role is fundamental to understanding what clients frequently refer to as the magic of whole person process facilitation. Next, we look at the concept of developing a meeting culture for an organization.

We offer to you that the two roles of whole person process facilitation as both a platform and a process, interwoven with the intentional development of a meeting culture, are interconnected cooperative components that are all at play when facilitating a meeting or workshop using whole person process facilitation.
