In this video, we share with you some simple tips for how to cleanse yourself – focusing on all 4 bodies that make up the human being: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. We also look at nourishment that goes beyond the typical “healthy food and plenty of water” recommendations and ways to protect yourself and keep yourself well grounded.

The video is 38 minutes long and we recommend making 1.5 hours available for this self-study. A portion of the self-study time is intended for viewing the video and completing the activity, with the balance of time at your discretion for processing your learning with the material that is presented.
