Attending to Your Worldview

Your worldview is the often-unconscious collection of values, attitudes, beliefs, and expectations that shapes everything you perceive, think, and do. It functions like an invisible lens through which you see reality, influencing your decisions, relationships, and leadership in ways you may not recognize.

When you're unaware of your worldview, it operates as a self-fulfilling prophecy – shaping what you notice, which influences your actions, which then confirms your worldview. This creates patterns that may no longer serve you, your leadership, or your organization. The gap between your stated intentions and how you actually show up often comes from this unconscious disconnect.

Attending to Your Worldview brings this invisible driving force into consciousness. Through experiential learning, you'll examine your current worldview using the Deep Essence Tool, which maps worldview across seven interconnected dimensions: story, spirit, purpose, values, assumptions, structures, and behaviors/actions. You'll clarify your preferred worldview and create practical plans for aligning your mind, heart, and action with your deepest intentions.

This work reduces conflict by helping you understand that tensions with others often stem from different worldviews rather than personal incompatibility. When you consciously understand your own worldview and recognize that others operate from different worldviews, decision-making becomes easier and collaboration deepens. The awareness supports you to create more life-nourishing conditions in your work and life.

You will leave this experiential, interactive workshop equipped with:
