Working with Stories for the Benefit of the Organization

Stories hold powerful information about what's working and what's not working in your organization. When facilitated skillfully, story sharing creates opportunities for healing, understanding the past, learning about the present, and choosing preferred stories for the future. Regular story sharing events can become one of your most effective tools for creating and sustaining a culture where leadership flourishes throughout your organization.

This workshop teaches practical approaches to facilitate story sharing and turn what you learn into actionable insights. You'll gain skills to access stories, convert what emerges into both quantitative and qualitative data, and use that information to improve organizational performance and develop leadership capacity. The learning covers four simple activities you can use separately or combine for complete story sharing sessions.
