This workshop prepares leaders, consultants, and coaches to navigate this complex terrain with skill and wisdom, using proven tools and frameworks that create tangible, positive change.

At the heart of this approach is the understanding that all people are precious, and organizations thrive when they learn to work skillfully with diversity, equity, and inclusion. You'll explore the lived reality of these concepts using practical tools including the Medicine Wheel, the Deep Essence Tool, and frameworks for recognizing life-nourishing versus life-depleting environments. The work also incorporates understanding of the Grief Cycle and the Cycle of Transformation – essential for supporting people through the deep changes this work requires.

Through case studies and experiential learning, you'll develop your own coaching plan for guiding others in this work. The focus is on building practical leadership capacity – the ability to facilitate authentic transformation in organizations while creating environments where everyone can contribute their gifts and everyone benefits from the collective wisdom that emerges.

You will leave this experiential, interactive workshop equipped with:
