You have experienced something different. A meeting that actually worked. A process where people showed up fully. A moment where leadership felt alive rather than exhausting. And now you are wondering: how do I bring more of this into my own work?

The Leadership Learning Cohort is where that question becomes a practice.

This is not a classroom program. It is an experiential learning journey inside a real global organization, the International Genuine Contact Organization (IGCO), where you practice holistic leadership by doing real work alongside peers from six continents. You build capacity not by studying it, but by living it.

Who is this for

The cohort is for leaders, consultants, coaches, and facilitators who have had a first experience of the Genuine Contact Way and want to go deeper. You may have attended a workshop or an event. You may have used a Genuine Contact process in your own organization. You know there is more here, and you want to find out what it looks like in practice.

If you learn best by doing, you are in the right place.

What becomes possible

When you practice holistic leadership in a real organization, something shifts. You stop waiting for the right conditions and start creating them. You learn to work with all six cultural dimensions of an organization at the same time, not one initiative at a time.

Through the cohort, you develop the confidence to lead the Genuine Contact Way in your own context. You build the habits of reflection and co-creation that make that leadership sustainable. And you find peers who are on the same path, people who understand what you are trying to do and can help you stay the course.

Over time, what starts as a new way of working becomes a natural part of how you lead.

What is included

Orientation to the Genuine Contact Way An introduction to the holistic approach to leadership and organizational development that underpins everything in the cohort, so you have a shared foundation with your co-learners.

Two self-study workshops  Path to Organizational Health and Balance and Organizational Transformation Basics for Success, giving you a foundation to the Genuine Contact Way of working. You will also get tools you can use right away in your own practice.

Your own learning plan Guidance to set personal learning goals and create an individual schedule that fits your context, balancing guided sessions with your own projects and practice.

Reflective sessions Regular space for active reflection, questions, and support from experienced Genuine Contact practitioners, so your learning stays connected to what is actually happening in your work.

Playground sessions – Exploratory sessions where you try out Genuine Contact tools and processes in a low-stakes setting, building familiarity and confidence before applying them in real situations.

Real practice inside the IGCO – Opportunities to take leadership in actual IGCO meetings, working groups, and projects, so your learning is grounded in real organizational life rather than simulations.

Peer-to-peer learning – Shared reflection, co-leadership practice, and genuine exchange with a diverse community of co-learners from different cultures, backgrounds, and contexts.

Check-in points – Regular moments to review your progress and adjust your path when needed, so you stay on course without feeling locked in.

A path forward – At the end of the cohort, you leave with a clear picture of your own ongoing learning journey, so the practice continues long after the cohort does.
