 H\n\nYou're invited to join your GC colleagues for our monthly Genuine Con
 tact Organization meetings – a regular time for our community to gather\
 , connect\, and move our collective work forward together.\nWhy We're Gath
 ering\n\nThe purpose of these meetings is to support the spread of Genuine
  Contact in the world by coming together as members of the GCO\, working a
 nd learning alongside each other. Whether we're attending to work happenin
 g inside the organization or offering mentoring support for members' work 
 with clients\, these gatherings create space for all of us to strengthen o
 ur relationships while getting important work done.\n\nThese monthly meeti
 ngs offer a fixed time to attend to the growth and development of Genuine 
 Contact\, the Genuine Contact Way of Working\, and our International Genui
 ne Contact Organization. The vision is for many engaged members coming tog
 ether to actively and intentionally move our collective work forward in a 
 timely way.\n\nAs Director of the Genuine Contact Organization and Way of 
 Working\, I (Rachel Bolton) will be sponsoring these meetings. I'm invitin
 g other members to join me in leading individual meetings by offering your
  facilitation services if you choose – a wonderful opportunity to practi
 ce facilitating WPPF meetings and deepen your understanding of this way of
  working.\nWhat's Possible When We Gather\nSome of what might emerge in ou
 r time together includes:\n\nLearning what's happening across different w
 orking groups and discovering how you can participate if you have the pass
 ion to get involved.\n\nBeing in dialogue and mentoring on emerging issue
 s and opportunities\, having necessary conversations in a timely way.\n\nE
 ngaging the collective wisdom of participants as representatives of the b
 igger organization when you have something to work on within the context o
 f fulfilling our strategic plan.\n\nParticipating in decision-making usin
 g our 5toFold process\, where all participants contribute and Co-Owners pr
 esent make the final vote. Having this regular time for decisions allows u
 s to respond to what's emerging in a timely way.\n\nAddressing anything el
 se that feels important to our community and the work of spreading Genuin
 e Contact in the world.\n\nThese are Genuine Contact Organization meetings
 \, which means all members are welcome. This includes anyone interested in
  Genuine Contact who is enacting your leadership by choosing to show up an
 d be fully present.\n\nIf you're reading this\, I hope you'll consider add
 ing these dates to your calendar to join us.\nHow We'll Work Together\nThe
  first part of each meeting is an opportunity to share and hear updates ab
 out what we're each noticing about Genuine Contact including an update of 
 what's happening in the Leadership Action Team. After that\, the agenda is
  co-created by the participants - bringing in our questions\, curiosities\
 , and work that will benefit from community input.\n\nDecision-Making\n\nT
 hese meetings create space for decision-making when proposals are ready. A
 ny decisions made will follow our Decision-Making Operating Given.\n\n___
