Whether we're attending to work ha ppening inside the organization or offering mentoring support for members' work with clients\, these gatherings create space for all of us to streng then our relationships while getting important work done.\n\nThese monthly meetings offer a fixed time to attend to the growth and development of Ge nuine Contact\, the Genuine Contact Way of Working\, and our International Genuine Contact Organization. The vision is for many engaged members comi ng together to actively and intentionally move our collective work forward in a timely way.\n\nAs Director of the Genuine Contact Organization and W ay of Working\, I (Rachel Bolton) will be sponsoring these meetings. I'm i nviting other members to join me in leading individual meetings by offerin g your facilitation services if you choose – a wonderful opportunity to practice facilitating WPPF meetings and deepen your understanding of this way of working.\nWhat's Possible When We Gather\nSome of what might emerge in our time together includes:\n\nLearning what's happening across diffe rent working groups and discovering how you can participate if you have th e passion to get involved.\n\nBeing in dialogue and mentoring on emerging issues and opportunities\, having necessary conversations in a timely way .\n\nEngaging the collective wisdom of participants as representatives of the bigger organization when you have something to work on within the con text of fulfilling our strategic plan.\n\nParticipating in decision-making  using our 5toFold process\, where all participants contribute and Co-Own ers present make the final vote. Having this regular time for decisions al lows us to respond to what's emerging in a timely way.\n\nAddressing anyth ing else that feels important to our community and the work of spreading Genuine Contact in the world.\n\nThese are Genuine Contact Organization me etings\, which means all members are welcome.
