The GC 5toFold Team meets quarterly to steward the ongoing development and practice of the 5toFold methodology within the Genuine Contact Organization. These meetings offer a shared space for team members to stay connected to the purpose of their work, engage in learning together, and strengthen the team’s collective capacity to support decision-making across the GCO. Grounded in stewardship and mutual support, the quarterly meetings help ensure that 5toFold continues to evolve in a life-nourishing way while remaining true to its core principles.
During each quarterly gathering, team members come together in a warm and collegial environment to share updates, reflect on recent experiences facilitating 5toFold, and exchange insights that contribute to the ongoing learning harvest. These conversations support the team in monitoring how the method is being used, what is being learned, and what may need adjustment as part of their long-term stewardship of the process. Mentoring and development are woven throughout the meeting experience, offering opportunities for facilitators to deepen their skills, explore questions, and contribute to each other’s growth.
The quarterly meetings also help maintain the vibrancy and readiness of the team to serve the GCO community. As new facilitation requests arise, the team collectively prepares to support the full three-phase 5toFold decision-making process—planning, facilitation, and post-decision steps—ensuring that facilitators are available when needed. Members with existing 5toFold experience who wish to contribute to this ongoing stewardship are welcome to join the team at any time.
These quarterly meetings provide an important rhythm for sustaining a strong 5toFold Team: a place for collaboration, reflection, and the continued development of both the methodology and the people who carry it forward.
