Genuine Contact Mentoring Circle August 11, 2010 5-9pm Ancaster, ON, Canada	Purpose: The Theme of this GC Mentoring Circle is ‘Making Genuine Contact in our Lives, Work and Community’. This event is an opportunity for meeting new friends, reconnecting with old friends and sharing your stories about living and working with Genuine Contact. Leadership: Michelle Cooper and Rachel Assuncao will co-host this mentoring circle. Vision: A fun and vibrant event in which people come together to share their experience of living and working with Genuine Contact, and leave feeling reconnected to a bigger community, recharged, and inspired by the work that is going on in our local communities. Community: Anyone who is interested in the Genuine Contact program and approach is invited to join this mentoring circle.  Whether you are simply interested in learning more about Genuine Contact, are a seasoned Trainer, or fall somewhere in between – if you’re reading this, please join us! Management: The mentoring circle is being held at Michelle’s house, Wednesday, August 11 from 5pm until 9pm.  Weather permitting, we will be outside enjoying the beautiful gardens, so please dress comfortably for being outdoors for the evening.  The address is 200 Crestview Ave, Ancaster, ON.  The telephone number is 905-648-4633. International Genuine Contact Mentoring Circle September 25-30, 2010 Raleigh, NC, USA	For the past 9 years, Dalar International Consultancy has been sponsoring an annual mentoring circle for all authorized GC Trainers and then a second mentoring circle immediately following for those interested in the Genuine Contact program and approach. This year, marking the 10th anniversary of the Train the Trainer program, we are pleased to offer an all new mentoring circle format that we hope will assisst in continuing to foster community within those working with Genuine Contact. This year, we are combining the GC Trainers mentoring circle with the Genuine Contact mentoring circle. We invite all authorized GC Trainers and anyone else who is interested in working with the Genuine Contact program and approach to participate in this exciting 5-day program. The new format for this mentoring circle will include teaching components by Birgitt Williams and Ward Williams as well as the opportunity to mentor each other through collective learning opportunities and an Open Space Technology meeting. There will also be an opportunity for proposal development and decision making. All mentoring circle participants will be able to participate in the decision making with the final vote being cast by all Co-Owners present.
